I told this shop my EGR was bad and it had a vacuum leak making it that way. Charged me $100 to tell me EGR was bad. Did not have them do it, replaced it. It made my truck run worse. Still vacuum leak. I would hesitate to use again.

I have trust in Honest-1 New Hope. I lime the two Steves and Jill. They seem personable, down-to-earth, caring and explain things in detail. They made an effort to make it easy for me by offering a rental car. They seem to appreciate my business. It seems like company focus on quality work and serious customer satisfaction. This company was highly rated when talked about on Nextdoor app. Good to see! Lobby is clean & tidy; waiting area is comfortable on offers couch as well as tables. Nice. Has daily newspaper available. Repair work took longer than expected but it really wasn't an issue for me. Thanks for asking for my evaluation.

Total Ripoff Brought it in to get looked at and ended up getting quoted around $2000 for a new drive shaft installation. And possibly another $600 if the exhaust would happen to break upon installation of the drive shaft(was told they had to lower the exhaust to access the drive shaft) I ended up taking it elsewhere and had it all done for $600 in total(the brand new drive shaft was $400) and the mechanic laughed when I asked about having to lower the exhaust. He didn't even need to touch it. It took him 45 minutes to do. I was also told I had 1 or more seizing caliper pins, which they had replaced with a boot kit when I got new brakes and rotors and brake fluid only 7 months prior( for $1435.95) who knows what they would have charged me for that, however this other mechanic did it for free since it took him only 5 minutes to do. In conclusion, look elsewhere! I saved a minimum of $1400 getting it done for a real reasonable price. I also showed this mechanic the work receipts from this place and he was appalled at how over priced not-so-honest-1 shops run.

THIEFS! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. People told me not to do business with them... But I did anyways out of convenience. Now I'm out a $1000 and a lot of hassle along the way. This place is terrible.

They did a GREAT job for me. Very friendly, welcoming environment.

The worst service that I’ve ever received from any Mechanic including non licensed. They told me what the problem was with my vehicle, replaced the Control Arms with regular bolts not Camber Bolts that were removed to begin with which are needed for a Rear Alignment. They did not notify me that they were doing so, just put it back together so that “it’s drivable” were their choice of words. Absolutely pitiful and very unprofessional.

Dont ever get your oil changed here if you want your engine ruined!! 2 weeks after a horrible oil change and my car almost exploded because it wasnt done properly. I will be calling in the morning once this place opens to get my money back.
