I don’t usually do reviews but I think I need to for my experience with this DISHONEST business. First a few months ago I took car in for brakes. The mechanic asked if I noticed anything wrong with my steering wheel and I did a little. He checked into it and gave me a quote and what was wrong. He also said it’s not a big issue now but just so you know eventually it’ll have to be fixed. Ok and the quote was reasonable. A month and a half after this I needed to take my car back in for the steering issues that he quoted on. So a different mechanic says we have bad news. They named off all the issues and said it would cost thousands of dollars to fix, (Over 3k). I mentioned the first quote a few months ago and the guy said we have no record of this car being here before. What?! The quote should be on my chart right? He shook his head and said ma’am your car hasn’t been here before. I can go and get the paperwork. Actually I know what I paid you for brakes and what else was done. We’ll this is what it’s gonna cost, do you want to set up appointment. Noooooo! So I go and get a second opinion by a very reputable mechanic and very honest to everyone. Guess what? He calls me same day he looked at it and said that quote they gave you is 3x more of what it’s actually gonna cost. I knew it! Thank goodness I know about cars and didn’t fall for their DISHONESTY and them taking advantage of women. Please always get a second quote and we will not go back here again. It’s just sad how much more our world is now days that businesses have to screw over good hard working people. Word of mouth goes a long way!
