No Stars! Horrible!!!! I would never take my vehicle back to this place again!!!!!

Shontavia, we're so sorry to hear you feel you had a negative experience and It's unfortunate that you experienced tire repair issues that required tire replacement. One of the two tires we were going to repair under warranty was driven on low or flat which did damage to the inner liner of the tire which made it unsafe to put it back in service. Due to the age of the tires and you vehicle being all wheel drive we could only offer you a 4-tire replacement. We chose to offer you a tire we felt best suited your vehicle for ride, performance, and all season (winter) safety. The General tire we offered also came with a generous rebate. You declined the tire replacement at this time, and we repaired one tire and installed your spare due to the unrepairable condition. We honored our warranty, and you were not charged. We would like to help you if we could. Perhaps we could find a tire package at a lesser price and see what we can further do to help. Please give us a call if we can help but we respect any decision that is further made with your vehicle.

Honest-1 Auto Care went beyond our expectations when servicing our Kia Borrego. The parts were very hard to find and there was not a manager available to know how to fix the problem. It took awhile to get it fixed, but it is working fine now. They also provided us with a loaner vehicle. We have been going to them for several years now and would not trust anyone else with our vehicles.

My husband was having trouble with his 2009 Kia Borrego. This model was only produced for a few years and the parts and manuals were hard to find. Steve worked very hard to locate the parts and they were eventually able to fix the car. We have been using Honest-1 for years and would not go anywhere else to have our cars serviced.
