It has always been a pleasant experience dealing with Honest 1. Having been sick for eight months, it was a pleasure to return back to a facility where everyone is pleasant and helpful. Your courtesy shuttle is so helpful for an old senior. You actually called to try to alleviate some expense, which I truly appreciate. I had a brake job done there before leaving to Iowa on a trip. To my surprise while on I80 traveling 70+ miles per hour, my brakes stopped working. I was told by the owner of the shop to get my brakes fixed somewhere, as there wasn't another related auto care place nearby. After he said I would be reimbursed, he then refused upon my return. It took a fight, but I finally got some of the cost back. The competent mechanic at the shop in Iowa said that they did a poor job on my car. I mean if your brakes stop working, that's pretty obvious.

Great service, friendly. Replaced battery in about an hour. Very nice interior waiting room, wonderful refreshment options. Highly recommended.

Don’t lie to people!!! Do t seek them things they don’t need!! I was there once and I'll NEVER go back!! All I wanted was a simple oil change,( which I got), but I was told that my ball bearings and tie rods were bad! I told he guy not to touch them and I'll do to the dealer cause my cars still under warranty. He told me it wasn't and the warranty had expired. I said how do you know, he said I just do. I don't know this guy from Adam. He knew nothing about me or my car! I paid for my oil change and went back to the dealer with the estimate and Superior Ford looked at everything and said that man lied to you. He just wanted to make a sale. And screw you because your a woman. He's seen it before from your location! I asked about the warrant what your employee said, and my warranty was not done. In fact it expired 5/1/2021. I complained to the manager at your store and I was to bad. And have a good day. SUPER RUDE!! There's nothing honest about these folks!!

I would be careful taking your vehicle here! They over filled my oil telling me I had an oil leak Wich I'm pretty sure the oil was leaking from the oil filter they used to change my oil!
