This would have been a 5 star review as was was vert pleased with the sevice until I had to replace my starter. Thats when I notice the three nuts on the strut tower were not tighten down. If i have any service rhat needs to be done I would still go back to Honest-1

Loaner car. Check. Warranty on clutch replacement. Check. Price the same as what I was quoted at the start? Nope. I understand that there were additional parts/work needed after the fact, but I would have appreciated a phone call to let me know what was done, rather than seeing the price after the fact and scratching my head in surprise.

I will never go there again my car had no leaks before I went there I have underground parking so I can always see what's under my car refresh drops it wasn't till after I left after getting a simple oil change from honest wanna off of 42nd in New Hope that my car has been leaking oil like hell I found out it's because I didn't put the oil filter on tight enough. Even though they took my car off the property and drove it around the block I asked him what else is wrong with it and they said oh we didn't do anything else but check the oil change which is a lie because I watch them drive off the lot with my car my check engine lights on because of a fan that's not engaging they didn't check that at all and it's all because I had a coupon that got me the oil change for a dollar he was extremely upset with that fact and therefore wouldn't answer none of my questions and completely lied to me when you said they didn't do a quick Diagnostics of the car they always do when you bring it in they always have a big packet that tells you what's wrong with your car even if you only bring it in there to get your tires rotated they always do that but since I had a coupon that got the oil change for almost free they didn't do that all the sudden this wasn't my first time there that's why I know that normally they give you this list of stuff that's wrong and what you all need to get fixed and they give you a price quote if they were to fix it anybody who has brought their car in for even simple maintenance knows what packet im talking about. So basically unless you want to have to bring your car back to get it fixed because of something they messed up on then by all means go ahead but if you're like most people you like to save money rather than just wasting away because somebody tweaks with your car so they can make a few extra bucks like I said I have underground parking this has never leak one drop and if it did ever leak I would know because I have underground parking the messed up part is the only reason I even went in instead of doing it myself is because I had that coupon which now I'm really regretting because now I don't know if they did anything else to my car or if it was just the loose oil filter I almost had no oil in my car only 3 days after the oil change so I basically had to oil changes back to back

This place is awful! I had my car towed here and Chris was a complete jerk from the moment I met him. I didn't have my license on me so I couldn't get a loaner which was fine, but when I told him I called an Uber, he told me I had to wait outside for it because he was supposed to close 5 minutes earlier. I was appalled. I immediately called my tow driver, had him turn around to pick me and my car up and gave HIS garage my business instead. As I sat alone in the dark lot waiting on my tow, Chris peeled out of the lot in a hurry to get to whenever I was holding him up from. I have never been so disrespected in such rude way expecting me to entrust him with repairing my car and not ripping me off?!?! I don't think so. Ladies beware!!!

Just got an oil change there. Was relatively quick and they had a nice area to sit and the staff was really friendly.

They were fast, friendly, priced fairly, clean, and have a vey nice waiting room!
