When I can afford to have my vehicle repaired I always go to Honest 1 because I know it'll get done right.

I just called for an oil change on Saturday and they told me they were experimenting with M-F only hours. Unfortunately I work and have my child's activities during the week so I will need to take my business elsewhere.

I truly desire to give them the benefit of the doubt since for the majority of my time taking my car to them they have been great. However, the last three times I have interacted with a service provider there, it has been very disappointing. I called to schedule an appointment that was 2 weeks out and the service representative said that the schedule had not come out yet, but that he would write it down and get it into the schedule when it became available. I then let him know what I would like to have done during my appointment. He cut me off and told me that they would be able to take care of whatever service that was needed at that time. Today was the day I was to take my car in so I called prior to my appointment to make sure that they had me on the schedule. He said he had me on the schedule for an oil change. I asked about the other services that I would like to have done and once again I was interrupted and told that he would try to fit in what he could. I then proceeded to remind him about our conversation two weeks prior, and that he had told me that they would be able to take care of everything at that time. In a condescending tone he continued to talk over me and explain that he may not be able to fit everything in. I let him know that I would like to cancel the appointment and he said "that's a bit extreme." I would not recommend this location until they find some new people that know how to interact with others in a professional manner.

I had an awful experience at a dealership who took advantage of me. So I went to honest-1 and spoke to Steve. His troubleshooting, level of knowledge and compassion gave me all the confidence to leave my car with them. Not only were they able to squeeze me in 4 days earlier than quoted, after I told them I was in a rental and had been for a minute, they gave me my car back driving like a dream. Everything I'd asked for and more was fixed. He even fixed my reverse camera, without asking, that the dealership had quoted needed an entirely new radio system but in reality just had a few wires crossed! I will bring my car back everytime it needs now because they've earned my trust!
